• Tents can be set up on the property for our guests' use only. However, there is a maximum number of people allowed with each rental. Please ask us for specifics, and extra charges may apply.
• There is lots of space for individual guests who wish to stay in their own RV, however your RV must be self contained as there are no RV services on-site at this time.  Please ask us for specifics and rental pricing.
• For guests with boats, boats and trailers can be kept at your rental unit.  There is a public boat launch close by, and we have a mooring buoy for our guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
• There are several fire pits located on the property for your relaxation and enjoyment.  Firewood is supplied for our guests for on-site use only.
• Boat and sea-doo rentals are close by.
• There is a convenience store, which also sells liquor, gas, propane and rents movies, within a 5 minute drive.  There is also a Super Value grocery store in Scotch Creek just 10 minutes away.
• For those vacationers who need to keep in touch with their work, or just need to check their email, we offer wireless internet service in all three of our vacation homes.

  We supply all bedding (sheets, pillows, pillow cases, blankets), towels, hand towels and facecloths. Kitchens are fully outfitted with dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cooking utensils, cutlery, coffee makers, toasters, kettles, pots and pans, frying pans, microwave, tea pot, salad spinner, colander, can opener, wine opener, measuring cup and spoons, chopping block, dish towels and dish cloths, pot scrubber, oven mitts, cleaning supplies, broom and dustpan (some with vacuums). We supply a starter kit consisting of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, dish soap and two loads of laundry detergent. Propane tanks are provided.

  We do not supply beach towels, beach blankets and toiletries including shampoo or conditioner.

• Smoking is not permitted inside any of our vacation homes
• Check-in time is 3:00 pm
• Check-out time is 11:00 am
• Please respect the check-out time as new guests will be waiting to check-in
• Daytime visitors by approval only
• Quiet after 11:00 pm
• Vacation homes are to be left as you find them (clean, tidy, dishes cleaned, floors swept/vacuumed, bathrooms clean, etc)
• An additional charge of $100.00 will be charged if your vacation home is left unclean

• A 50% booking deposit is due at time of booking. Full payment must be received 60 days prior to arrival.
• Methods of Payment: VISA, MASTERCARD, Cheque, Money Order or E-mail Money Transfer.
• For bookings made within 60-days prior to arrival, full payment is required at time of booking.
• In the event of cancellation, a full refund, less $100, will be returned only if the vacation home is re-booked.

  A $500.00 damage deposit paid by either VISA or MASTERCARD is required at check in. This deposit will be refunded within one week of departure, providing no damage or extra cleaning charges are required.

  The guest who submitted their payment must be present at check-in. A reservation is for a specific number of guests. Magna Bay Vacations requires notification prior to check-in of any increase in the number of guests registered, and which is not to exceed the maximum set for the specific vacation home.

  Magna Bay Vacations reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer due to excessive noise, abusive or threatening behaviour, or property damage.
